The president of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni, has warned that European gays are "recruiting" Ugandan citizens. Speaking at the Young Achievers Awards ceremony on Saturday at the Kampala Serena Hotel, he said: "I hear European homosexuals are recruiting in Africa."
